What a Week!

As HiBeam finishes up our first week of installs in the Peoria area, I
am proud of how much we truly have accomplished in such a short time.

It was only a few short months ago when we were looking at where we
would start with coverage and talking about how to effectively find
those potential customers that didn't have a good option for high
speed Internet or affordable phone service. That is our goal at
HiBeam... To provide those homes and businesses that are off the
beaten path a little bit with a fast and affordable option.

This week those ideas became reality. Our first customers were
installed with service this week and the response to our service has
been outstanding. Our biggest challenge is to make sure we don't
promise more than what we can deliver on. So far we have done really
well, and for those that we may haven't delivered on we are doing
everything possible to make it right, even if it means not installing
service because their experience won't be to the quality that we feel
it should be.

So I want to thank our first customers! We really appreciate your
business and hope to provide you with Internet and phone service for a
very long time!

... And next week we will be setting up even more customers!

And we really haven't even had a lot of time to spread the word that
HiBeam Internet and Voice is officially up-and-running and offering
service in the Dunlap, Chillicothe, Germantown Hills and Metamora
areas...

Thanks,

Brian Rule

Press Release

HiBeam Proud to Serve Suburban Peoria

New Company Brings Easy and Affordable Voice and Internet
to Peoria, Chillicothe, Metamora, Germantown Hills, and Dunlap

Peoria, IL, December 1, 2009. HiBeam Internet &Voice (www.MyHiBeam.com), today announced it is offering high speed Internet and voice services in Chillicothe, Germantown Hills, Metamora, Dunlap, and other towns northwest and northeast of Peoria. The company's office and retail store will be located at 10001 North Knoxville Road, Suite E, in Dunlap.

"HiBeam understands that technology matters, but that's not what we're about. We want to make communications simple. Our goal is to help the people of Peoria and surrounding areas enjoy the benefits of high speed Internet and voice services," said Christopher J. Benyo, Chief of Customer Operations for HiBeam. "We're excited to bring a new, customer friendly, choice in Internet and voice to this area."

Brian Rule serves as General Manager for HiBeam in Peoria. The company is currently recruiting local talent to provide its services to area homes and businesses.

Advantages of doing business with HiBeam:

Local. We're right here in town. You'll buy your service from a local representative, and a local technician will assist you if there is a problem with your service. No complicated phone menus, no long hold times. We treat you like family.
Industry-standard Technology. HiBeam works on a world-wide standard "4G" technology called WiMAX. It helps the company deliver high quality voice and fast Internet over the air to your home or business. It's not cellular, but a new type of wireless that bypasses the traditional phone and cable companies. For most homes and businesses, the specifics of the technology don't matter. Our service and responsiveness set us apart with our customers.
A fair price. HiBeam believes that you shouldn't have to live in a large metropolitan area to enjoy the benefits of reasonably priced high speed Internet and voice services. At HiBeam, our vision is to bring you the latest technology and excellent customer service, at a fair price.
Easy. At HiBeam, we'll have you up and running in two days or less. We make sure it's both easy and efficient to do business with HiBeam.

HiBeam will expand its footprint in Peoria over the coming months. Eventually the company will offer its services to the majority of the population throughout suburban Peoria and beyond. HiBeam serves customers in O'Fallon and Dardenne Prairie, MO. Next year HiBeam will provide services in Mt. Vernon, IL; Marion, IL; Joplin, MO; Texarkana, AR; Topeka, KS; and Texarkana, TX.
